If you are a pre-approved Flame Shop renter at Terrapin, this is for you! If you’re not sure, please e-mail us over at email@example.com. If you have a pre-existing balance on account, please e-mail us so we can settle up before you come into the studio.
Torch rental is scheduled by the hour, per person. Your setup and break down time is included during this time so please plan accordingly.
Rental time is schedule on a first-come first-serve basis. Once your rental request is received in our office we will review the torch schedule to determine if any time adjustments will be required. If everything looks good, we will confirm the request and you will receive an email. You will need to open this email and click on the link to process the payment.
Then come on in and enjoy some safe, fiery fun.
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy, where we are happy to reschedule for any reason if you e-mail us a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled rental. In regards to illness, we are most certainly happy to reschedule outside of that 48-hour window, but we do require an e-mail before 9 am the day of your rental. No shows or tardy cancellations will result in us keeping your payment with no exceptions.
