Adult + Kid Team Bonding Experience (1 adult, 1 kid) 8 team spots are available
An Adult + Kid Team Bonding “Warm Glass” Experience
$40 total for 1 adult (ages 21+) and 1 child (ages 8+) to work together on a fused glass suncatcher. This is our only current fused glass class for kids and its intent is for a bonding experience; try something new and have fun together. By registering for this class, both the adult & child must commit to being present and participating. Please register for 1 group of 2 here via our website (1 adult and 1 child as a team). Please register before midnight on Friday, 3/24 so we can prepare.
Details: Join us for an hour-long, no-experience-necessary class! After a quick demonstration from your instructor, have fun assembling your own glass creation for the duration of your scheduled time.
Age Limits: For this class, our typical age limits are adjusted. Normal flame shop age limits are 12+ with an adult registering and taking the class as separate students.
Cancellation Policy: Schedule your hour-long class here, making your non-refundable payment in advance. We have a 48-hour cancellation policy, where we are happy to refund you in full for any reason if you email us a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled class. In regards to illness or inclement weather, we are most certainly willing to refund outside of that 48-hour window, but we do require an e-mail before 9 am the day of your class. No-shows or tardy cancellations will result in us keeping your payment with no exceptions.
On the day of your class: We do not allow guests within the studio outside of our registered students. Sneakers are required – no open-toed shoes.
Finding us: We are located at 79 Hadley Road in Jaffrey, on the blue side of the building. We will meet you at the first doorway 5 minutes before the start of your class. For ramp accessibility, please call upon arrival: 603-593-5073
Gift Shop: We no longer have a large retail space; you will enter through our “Pop Up Shop” which is open to the public by chance when we have enough staff.
After Class: Your class will end on the hour before we respectfully ask you to depart the studio in a timely manner. Your work will be ‘fired’ at Susan’s home studio and will be ready a week after your class, which you schedule through our calendar at www.terrapinglass.com/calendar If you would like shipping, please register for it here, or through email and you will receive a Square invoice for the shipping.
