Welcome to the Flame Shop at Terrapin Glassblowing Studio!
This discounted community class is a wonderful way to bring friends or meet new ones while learning to melt glass on a torch. In this one-hour beginner session, you will watch a brief demonstration on how to make glass flowers before sitting at your own torch to craft as many as you’d like. No prior experience is necessary, as we will guide you through the entire process.
Cost: $60 per person
Age Requirement: 18+
Class Details:
– Capacity: 2–8 students per session. A minimum of 2 people is needed to run the class.
– Privacy: The studio is private; only registered participants are permitted inside during class.
– Pick-up & Shipping: Your glass requires time to cool and will not be ready the same day. If you are local, items can be picked up 24 hours after class. Please use our pick-up calendar to schedule a time. Items not collected within two weeks will be recycled. For non-locals, we recommend signing up for shipping when you book your class.
Cancellation Policy:
– Payments are non-refundable.
– Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice via email.
– In the event of illness or inclement weather, please email us by 9:00 AM on the day of your class to reschedule.
– No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit payment.
