Description
Stop by Terrapin Glassblowing Studio and make your very own glass acorn at the torch!
$25 per person, Limit 1 acorn per person, Ages 12+
No appointment needed!
This is a walk-in, first-come, first-served experience. You can simply show up anytime between 11 AM and 1 PM and we’ll get you set up when a torch becomes available.
Each participant will work at their own hot torch in our Flame Shop with guidance from our instructors as you melt and shape your glass acorn.
Not ready to make one? That’s okay! Everyone is welcome to stop by, watch, check out the studio, and see what we’re up to. You can decide when you arrive whether you’d like to participate.
When can I get my acorn?
Your acorn will need time to cool safely in the kiln. Pieces will be ready for pickup on Wednesday or any day afterward, or we can ship it to you if you prefer.
Come spend part of your holiday weekend with us and make something out of hot glass!
