IMPORTANT:

THIS IS A CONTACT-FREE APPOINTMENT. WE WILL NOT BE MEETING YOU IN PERSON TO HAND YOU YOUR PACKAGE. IT WILL BE OUTSIDE OF THE STUDIO IN OUR PICK UP BOX UNDER OUR FRONT STAIRWAY.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Select your preferred date and time
  2. Tell us your order number
  3. Complete the FULL checkout process – even though there is no charge
  4. The system will send Terrapin your request for their confirmation
  5. Check your inbox for a confirmation email before coming to the studio

👉 If you do not receive a confirmation email, your pickup time is NOT scheduled, and your items will not be set out.

• The gray drop box is located under the stairs by the Terrapin Station sign at the first staircase by the garage bay (blue side of the building).

• Find the package labeled with your name.

Once more — No confirmation email = no scheduled pick-up.
