Are you looking to drop off ashes or pick up items here at Terrapin? We offer a “Contact-free” drop off and/or pick up service.
Please follow the instructions below:
1.) Please pick your preferred date and time
2.) Go through the entire checkout process (YOU MUST ENTER YOUR CONTACT INFO AND EMAIL TO COMPLETE THE RESERVATION)
3.) Look for your email confirmation to arrive prior to the date you schedule

4.) When you arrive, locate the gray bin to the left of our entrance under the left side of the CEMENT stairway
5.) Place your package in the bin (be sure to have your name on the package) or Pick up your package from the bin with your name on it.
NOTE: Your items will only be put out on the date/time that is on your email confirmation
