 Cancellation and Refund Policy

Overview

 

Class Cancellation Policy:  Our hour-long classes are non-refundable with full payment due in advance to reserve your class seats.  We offer a 48-hour cancellation policy, where we are happy to reschedule for any reason if you email us a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled class.  In regards to illness or inclement weather, we are most certainly willing to reschedule outside of that 48-hour window, but we do require an e-mail before 9 am the day of your class.  No-shows or tardy cancellations will result in us keeping your payment with no exceptions.

Memorial Items: Please note that we hand-make each Memorial piece. Due to the inherent nature of working with hot glass, each piece will be unique; with slight variations in shape, size, color, and design. With that said, due to the custom nature of using your loved one’s ashes in our work we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us immediately. We stand behind the craftsmanship of our work and do our best to make a consistent product.

Our glass products:  Once our glass products have left the studio they are not returnable. If you have an issue or concern please contact us immediately. We ship via the U.S. Postal Service using insurance so if you received something via mail that is broken please take pictures of the package and the item(s) and send them to us via email at info@terrapinglass.com

Custom Items & Gift Cards:  Custom items are not returnable. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us immediately. 

Chargeback fee: For unusual circumstances, if a refund is granted, there will be a chargeback fee of $25.
