Monthly Torch Rental 

The Monthly Torch Rental program starts on the 1st of every month & rental hours expire on the last day of that month, unused time will not be carried over to the following month.

• We need a minimum of 24-hour notice of intent to rent via email to: office@terrapinglass.com
• Rental is available from 9:30-4:30 daily, unless the studio is otherwise booked with a class 
• Outside hours are available upon request, but in this case the more notice the better to find staff to accommodate your request
• We do accept requests outside of the 24-hour notice, but availability may be less flexible – keep this in mind especially as the end of the month nears & your hours get close to expiring
• We will invoice you via email before the first of each month to save you the hassle on the website
• Our insurance does not allow renters to turn on/off any of our equipment or enter the studio unsupervised 
• No guests
• Monthly rental package is for one person only, no sharing time
• Renters are paying for us to open up the studio & rent out the station, regardless if their torch is on
• You should be entering/exiting the studio within 5 to 10 minutes of your paid time
• Stations must be cleared and cleaned off completely before the end of your session unless otherwise communicated in advance
• Any renters torches must be locked up, and reasonable amounts of glass/tool storage can be offered
• Memorials are a no-compete situation, we ask that you respect this product line that the studio offers. No cremation pieces may be made in our studio.
• Furthermore, we ask that you respect the other artists that share this space and refrain from ‘copycatting’ original designs
• Picking up your work
• Your work can be picked up during your next scheduled session
• If you wish to pick your work up earlier, please come during Pop Up hours or schedule a contact-free pickup 
• Canceling/rescheduling your sessions
• We request 24 hours’ notice unless you are sick or there is an emergency

8 hours/month – $125 (1 free hour) ~ Additional rental hours can be purchased at $17/hour

16 hours/month – $235 (3 free hours) ~ Additional rental hours can be purchased at $16/hour

30 hours/month – $430 (6 free hours) ~ Additional rental hours can be purchased at $15/hour
