A Hot Glass Experience in the Flame Shop
One adult + one child (ages 8-11 yo) team $125.
Details: An adult-child experience where you work together as a team on one torch to create fun and funky glass keepsakes. Play with sculptural baby animals, creepy crawlers, or funky figurines. The 60 minutes of class time will be tailored to your child’s attention span as well as interests. We will start by going over basic safety and a demonstration of the skills you will need to create your creatures together.
Age Limits: In order to take this class the child must be 8 to 10 years old and the adult must be 21 or over.
Cancellation Policy: Schedule your hour-long class here, making your non-refundable payment in advance. We have a 48-hour cancellation policy, where we are happy to reschedule for any reason if you email us a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled class. In regards to illness or inclement weather, we are most certainly willing to reschedule outside of that 48-hour window, but we do require an e-mail before 9 am the day of your class. No-shows or tardy cancellations will result in us keeping your payment with no exceptions.
On the day of your class: We do not allow guests within the studio outside of our registered students. Sneakers are required – no open-toed shoes.
Finding us: We are located at 79 Hadley Road in Jaffrey, on the blue side of the building. We will meet you at the first doorway 5 minutes before the start of your class. For ramp accessibility, please call upon arrival. 603-593-5073
Gift Shop: We no longer have a large retail space; you will enter through our “Pop Up Shop” which is open to the public by chance when we have enough staff.
After Class: Your class will end on the hour before we respectfully ask you to depart the studio in a timely manner. Your work will be ready for pick-up the day after your class, which you schedule through our calendar at www.terrapinglass.com/calendar .
