Welcome to the Flame Shop at Terrapin Glassblowing Studio!
Floral Fused Glass Panel Class
Come hang out with Dominique in the flame shop and learn to use soft glass (COE 96) to create your own 4” × 4” hanging fused glass panel with floral designs!
The class begins with a couple quick demonstrations, then you’ll move to your own torch to play and explore. Learn how to roll clear glass in crushed frit and stretch it into flower stems, pick up pieces to make petals, and experiment with a variety of materials Dominique has been collecting for this fun, creative activity.
After class, your panel will go through a kiln cycle to fuse everything together. We’ll be in touch via email when it’s ready for pickup—typically about 1 to 2 weeks after class. Shipping is also available upon request.

- Payments are non-refundable
- Reschedule with 48+ hours’ notice (via email)
- If you’re sick or the weather is an issue, email us by 9 AM the day of class to reschedule
- No-shows or late cancellations forfeit payment
