Drop Off Ashes for Memorial Order
(Already Placed Order – Order Number Required)
IMPORTANT: You must go to your cart, complete the checkout, and receive a confirmation email for your appointment to complete the scheduling. Adding a time slot to your cart does NOT reserve it.
Description:
Use this option only if you have already placed an online order for memorial glass and need to drop off ashes.
Please follow these steps:
- Select your preferred date and time
- Tell us your order number(s) for your Memorial items
- Complete the FULL checkout process – even though there is no charge
- The system will send Terrapin your request for their confirmation
- Check your inbox for a confirmation email before coming to the studio
If you do not receive a confirmation email, your pickup time is NOT scheduled, and your items will not be set out.
When you arrive: NOTE NEW LOCATION
- The gray drop box is located under the Terrapin Station sign at the first staircase by the garage bay (blue side of the building).
- Be sure to have your name and order number on your package.
- Place your package in the box labeled for ashes on the bottom shelf.
Once more — No confirmation email = no scheduled pick-up.
